On Thursday 8th July 2021, the Northants Knights were privileged to welcome former Michigan Wolverine offensive lineman, Logan Tuley-Tillman, to training and put on an OL clinic for all age groups.

Logan is a former 4 star prospect who played NCAA division one football before playing for DC Defenders in the XFL and a brief stint in the AAF.

Now though, he puts his time into his o-line specific training academy, LT2FBA.

With nine teams across the NFL using his services, including the current Super Bowl champions the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, it was a huge coup for the Northants Knights to become LT2FBA’s first international partner.

Reaction from the Knights

Knights Chairman, Jack O’Beirne, said: “Having Logan and LT2FBA travel from the States and put on a clinic shows our intent as a club.

"As we continue to grow we want to keep having position-specific clinics for players and coaches so we can provide the best experience for everybody.

"We appreciate Logan for what he has done for us and look forward to working with him again in the coming months."

Knights Head Coach Wayne Gumbs also reflected positively on the experience, and knows it will have a huge impact on the team.

"Having coach Logan come to the Knights to share his wealth of experience was an amazing experience for the Knights organisation.

"The response and reception to his visit was positively received by the whole team.

"With coach Logan working with both the offence and defensive line he was able to teach the lads various techniques in which they have said will adopt from now on and will definitely improve their game.

"Coach Logan brought a level of intensity and drive to the session which has made the team want to strive for bigger and better things, and the session brought the whole team together which is a massive stepping stone for the Knights organisation."

And here's what coach Logan had to say about his time with the Knights.

"It is always such a special honour and privilege to work with new groups and this group thoroughly impressed me with their attention to detail, focus and willingness to learn.

"Everything with the program is ran first class and success is imminent with the talent they have.

"This is a special team of elite professionals who are locked in on becoming the best version of themselves and I cannot wait to be back!"
