Northants Knights named Team of the Year
Northants Knights have been named Adult Contact Team of the Year by the UK American Football Scene Facebook Group.
Part of a six-team shortlist, the Knights were recognised for their outstanding transition to league play from associate in 2019.
Difficult to beat, the Knights only lost to the Nottingham Caesars - an established Division One team - by the narrowest margins in the three match-ups during 2021, and ended the campaign 5-3 to finish second in the standings.
