Match report: Northants Knights 20-8 South Lincs Lightning

Northants Knights recorded their first win in the 2021 BAFA Central East by beating South Lincs Lightning 20-8 at Old Grammarian’s Memorial Sports Field.
The victory followed back-to-back defeats against Nottingham Caesars, but was well deserved after hard work and determination within the team.
The Knights’ next game sees them welcome Lincolnshire Bombers on 22 August.
